Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by trusted providers. Unless otherwise stated, refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have not exceeded 10% of course progress or accessed graded submissions.

• Do not attempt to bypass security or disrupt services.
• Respect intellectual property and applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by LogicBridge Pathways or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute materials except as permitted for personal learning under these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicBridge Pathways shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using services at any time.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
